My Journey to a Healthier Lifestyle: Day 18

12:30PM: You know when you’re having a really shit day and everything feels super stressful? And you know when you feel that way, it’s coming to the end of the week, and your work mates are like, hey, let’s go to McDonald’s and eat trash? And you, for some reason, think that’s a great idea even though you don’t even really like McDonald’s that much? Yeah. My day.

5PM: I feel a bit bad about wimping out on driving today. It’s just been such a difficult week, the pressure has been piling up and driving gives me such bad anxiety, I decided for my own well-being I just needed to take a day off.

5:15PM: Waiting for the bus well boring though…

7PM: Chilling in the flat by myself, watching rubbish TV and eating homemade hot dogs. All feelings of stress or guilt have vanished, just in time for the weekend. Hurrah!

FOOD DIARY

Breakfast
🌭 Cup of green tea

Lunch
🌭 McDonald’s burger, fries, McFlurry and a Diet Coke (bad, I know. I’m very aware. Stop looking at me like that. LEAVE ME ALONE.)
🌭 850ml water

Dinner
🌭 Two pork and apple sausage hot dogs topped with onion
